I was requested to move this bit. I have to agree.
The Review system is essentially a list of Do's and Don'ts, here listed in full. Each Do/Don't has a respective value, for example, good pacing in gameplay earns 2 points. After all points have been awarded, they are added up, and that is the score.
Here's the list, with the meaning of each shown.
Graphics: -7 to +2
+1 Clear: The graphics make it very easy to distinguish everything for gameplay. There is never even the slightest hint that you don't know what something is, unless your eyesight is poor, or you don't have the background knowledge.
+1 Amazing: The game is so utterly beautiful that it's worth just watching as piece of art.
-1 Confusing Menus: The game's menus are hard to understand, and get in the way of playing the game.
-1 Poor enemy design: Enemies just look horrible.
-1 Poor protagonist design: The player just looks horrible.
-1 Indistinguishable Enemies: The enemies look the same, even when they attack very differently.
-1 Indistinct enemies: separating the enemies from the background becomes difficult.
Music: -3 to +3
+1 Good on own: The music is worth listening to on its own.
+1 Fits well: The music works well with the game, and adds to the mood.
+1 Sounds mesh well: The sounds mesh well, and feel natural.
-1 Bad on own: The music kinda sucks if you listen to it.
-1 Misapplied: The music clashes with the rest of the game.
-1 Sounds Clash: The sounds are far too loud, or simply just don't fit.
Gameplay: -3 to +10

+2 Fun: The game has that mysterious quality known as "FUN"
+2 Challenging: The game presents a challenge, actually requiring some focus.
+2 Interesting: The gameplay is interesting, not purely simple.
+2 Longevity: The game lasts its time before you stop playing.
-2 Repetitive: The game seems to be stuck in a rut. The game seems to be stuck in a rut. The game seems to be stuck in a rut.
-2 Poor Controls: please make the game stop, i want to get off.
-1 Needlessly Complicated: The game has 3 too many a system to be worth playing.
Story: -2 to +8
+2 World: The game has backstory worth exploring, rather than simple pretext.
+2 Original: The story is its own, not a rehash of some other story.
+2 Compelling: The depth of the story compels ye!
+2 Interesting: The story is worth thinking about.
-2 Boring: The story is so unoriginal, so sluggish, so BAD, that it simply bores the player.
Storytelling: -2 to +9
+2 Immersive: The player feels like they are their character.
+2 Original: The story feels like one the player hasn't seen before.
+2 Emotionally Involved: The player forms attachments to the events in the story.
+2 Good Characterization: The characters feel like people, and develop naturally.
+1 Understatement: The story doesn't slap the player with the plot, and lets it tell itself.
-2 Poor Characterization: The characters are so 2D that it knocks players back on their side of the fourth wall.
